My responsibility as a teacher assistant is to assist in teaching and supervising students in a subject about Unreal Engine, including network game development, novel interfaces for games, augmented reality game development, and 3D game development for mobile devices.
This includes supporting the primary teacher in delivering lessons, providing assistance to students, and grading student work. It is important to work closely with the primary teacher to ensure that the lessons and materials align with the learning objectives of the subject.
Responsible for the Surgeon Life project as the 3D artist internship. My role involved creating assets that were not yet included in the assets list but were necessary for the game. These assets were designed to have a low polygon count to optimize game performance, including their textures.
I worked on both existing assets and newly created ones, aiming to enhance their visual appeal and ensure compatibility with the game. Additionally, I developed texture materials within the Unreal Engine and took responsibility for optimizing existing assets. This involved transforming high-polygon assets into low-polygon versions to improve game performance while preserving the original shape of the assets as much as possible.
Responsible for the Surgeon Life project as a game programming intern, my role focused on developing the AI system for the game using the Atoms Crowd system, a plugin for the Unreal Engine. I was entrusted with the task of implementing various AI behaviors within the game, aligning them with the specified requirements by collaborating closely with the project's programming leaders.
This experience provided valuable opportunities to enhance my language skills and foster effective teamwork.
My responsibility as a teacher assistant is to assist in teaching and supervising students in a subject focused on Autodesk Maya and the principles of 2D and 3D. This includes covering topics such as 3D object representation, the 3D rendering pipeline, 3D lighting and shading techniques, 3D texture mapping techniques, and basic concepts of 2D and 3D computer animation. Additionally,
I provide guidance to students as they learn to utilize 3D computer graphics application software for basic 3D modeling and animation.
My responsibility as a teacher assistant is to assist in teaching and supervising students in a subject about Problem solving strategies and concepts, algorithmic thinking, flowchart, concepts and introduction to computer programming using python programming.
This includes supporting the primary teacher in delivering lessons, providing assistance to students, and grading student work and ensure the lessons and materials align with the learning objectives of the subject.
My responsibility as the team's 3D artist, I create visually appealing 3D product visualizations to promote our products. By understanding the team's vision and requirements, I bring concepts to life through expert 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering.
I also provide 3D consulting, offering guidance on rendering techniques, material usage, and efficient workflows. This collaboration ensures high-quality 3D assets that contribute to the team's project success.
As the team's 3D artist for the award-winning short film APOGEE, I take pride in creating realistic assets and scene environments that fulfill the team designer.
My responsibilities encompass modeling, texturing, look development, and lighting design, while providing valuable guidance and feedback to the team.
APOGEE's accomplishments include winning the Special Award for Best Picture and Sound Mixing at the fuse. film festival 2022, along with a nomination for the Best Visual Effect Award at the NIA Creative Contest 2021.
